1. Introduction

Welcome to Global Rack Hub. These Terms and Conditions govern all commercial interactions, quotation requests, orders, and product sales (including supermarket wall racks, gondola displays, industrial heavy-duty pallet racks, medical racks, and cash counters) placed through our website or direct sales desks.

By using this site or approving a commercial quotation from Global Rack Hub, you agree to comply with these terms in full.

2. Storefront & Website Usage

By accessing our digital catalog or submitting requirement forms, you warrant that you represent a valid commercial enterprise or individual capable of entering binding agreements:

• You may not copy, reproduce, or republish our structural designs, 3D layouts, or graphics for unauthorized commercial resale.
• You agree not to submit false contact or honeypot information.

3. Specifications & Pricing Policy

We take great pride in delivering high-grade CRCA steel racks with durable powder coating finish. Please note:

• All price quotes are subject to formal confirmation based on current steel raw material rates and custom dimension requirements.
• Load-bearing capacities (e.g. 50kg/shelf for supermarket racks, 1000kg/level for heavy industrial racks) are tested under uniformly distributed load (UDL) conditions.
• Custom color powder coatings or non-standard shelf depths require written approval prior to production.

4. Orders, Production & Delivery

Once a racking layout design and quotation are finalized, production commences immediately at our manufacturing unit.

Freight & Delivery: Freight costs are calculated based on shipment weight and target city. While we partner with top-tier logistical transport networks across Pan India and Nepal, delays caused by weather, transit checkposts, or local transport union strikes remain outside the direct control of Global Rack Hub.

5. Inspection, Returns & Warranties

Due to the heavy weight, custom fabrication, and freight transit of industrial display units, the following policies apply:

• Arrival Inspection: Clients must inspect all rack bundles upon receipt. Transit damage or missing accessories must be reported within 48 hours with unboxing photographs.
• Replacements: Defective components verified by our engineering team will be replaced promptly.
• Custom Racks: Custom-dimension units ordered to specific shop measurements are non-returnable once fabricated.

6. Load Limits & Structural Safety

Global Rack Hub is not liable for structural failures resulting from exceeding designated weight capacities, improper floor anchoring, or unauthorized structural modifications made after installation.
